Scoop upper portion of the Tender Coconut. Strain the water from the tender coconut and keep it aside for cooking the prawn. Leave the flesh of coconut as it within.
Now marinade the prawns with 1/2 to Turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp mustard oil and leave for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan add prawns one by one and fry it for 1-2 minutes.Keep it aside.
In remaining oil after frying add ghee and temper with bay leaf, cinnamon green cardamom.

Add red chili powder turmeric powder cumin powder garam masala powder to the mixture along with salt and sugar and cook until the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
Now add coconut milk and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 Cup of coconut water and bring it boil.
When the mixture reduce to half add fried prawns and cook for around 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
Now cooking the prawns within Tender Coconut:- Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
Fill tender coconut with prawns and gravy. Don't overload the tender coconut.
Now put 1 slits green chili over the prawns in tender coconut and close it with the scooped head and seal with the wheat dough.
Place the tender coconut within the microwave oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Leave the tender coconut as it is within oven until the temperature drops completely.
Take tender coconut out of oven and break the seal and take out the prawns cooked under coconut flesh and serve with hot steamed rice.
