Prepare 1 cup carrot finely chopped

Take 1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera

Get 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Tadka Veggie Maggi Masala:
Heat oil in pan and splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Then add dry red chilli (tadka/ seosoning).
Add onion into this. Saute well then add ginger garlic paste. Saute well.
Add tomato and saute well, wait for 3 mins.Add all vegetables into this.
Take another pan and fry chopped sausages. Then add into veg mix and saute well. Add salt to taste.
Make scrambled eggs in a pan.
Add 12 cup of water and maggi masala into it. Wait for boiling. Then add maggi cubes into this.
Atlast add scrambled egg into the cooked maggi.Our tadka maggi is ready to serve.
