Get Lemon,curry powder,garlic ginger
Prepare For pan frying all pockets:6 tablespoons cooking oil
Prepare Filling:130 g (about 2 medium handfuls halal beef mince)

Used pre made frozen dough left over from chapati.let defrost in room temp.also meanwhile letting frozen spinach defrost.also used pre marinated frozen left over mince.used frozen mixed v egg and choped abit more
Chop the veggies :onions, trim down carrots,then chop spinach if half way defrosted
Add in mince.cook thru until mostly dry,and try avoid liquids to go in pockets
Let cook.while you roll out the dough for the pocket
Add filling about 3 to 4 table spoon then stretch as you cover over the pocket.this dough holds well Alhamdulillah,pinch the side around the edges to close pocket and can pass rolling pin over to flatten out surface (see pic for possible end result)
Heat pan grill add just enof oil to coat all pan surface,or maybe grill oven if you can try that too(or normal pan if prefer but won't get the nice grill marks
