Get flour
Take butter melted
Get egg
Get sugar
Take milk powder

Mix flour with, sugar, salt, milk powder, butter and egg. Mix like bread crumbs. Mix water and milk together add yeast in it and leave it for 15 min.
WhenMix yeast mixture in flour crumbs. Mix to combine it and let it rest till rise and double in volume. Aprox. 45 min.
After double in size, knead it well. Make a soft smooth surface dough. Roll it and cut it with any round cutter. Place it in tray and cover for 30 to 35 min. For double proofing.
When double in size cut with small bottle lid or small cutter, make a hole in the middle (called munchies)
Fry the doughnuts in medium low flame till golden brown from both sides. Let them cool.
