Take 1 cup sooji
Get 1/4 cup wheat flour

Steps to make Homemade Sooji /Rava Noodles:
Take the suji and grind it in the mixer till it forms a thin powder.
Now take a bowl and add grinded suji and wheat flour to it and make a dough by using water.
Onces the dough is ready Knead it for more 4-5 mins. Cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Boil water in a vessel add little salt and oil once water starts boiling make noodles with noodles maker machine. Cook for 4 to 5 min switch off the flame and drain the water and keep it a side.
In a pan/kadai pour oil add garlic and chopped veggies saute for 2min on high flame now add salt, chilli powder,garam masala and noodles mix well.
Your dish is ready to serve. You can garnish it with some cheese or spring onion.
