  2. In pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until Light brown.then add Ginger Garlic Paste mix it add tomatoes slices cook properly and add marinated chicken and cooked for 10 minutes then Yakhni is ready.
  3. In bowl,add Water,yellow food color,whisk well & set aside.In matka/clay pots,add prepared Yakhni,boiled rice,tomato slice,some Golden Brown Crispy onion,food color Mixture and cover with aluminum foil (makes 2-3 double serving matka).
  4. I-On burning charcoal,place matka/clay pot and steam cook on burning charcoal for 15-20 minutes & serve.
