Instructions to make Veg Mayonnaise Noodles:
Boil water in a pan. Add cooking oil, salt and noodles and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Drain water and run noodles under running water ro avoid further cooking and sticking.
Wash peel and chop all vegetables. Measure mayonnaise and keep ready.
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and saute for 1 minute. Add carrots and place the lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add capsicums, green chilli and tomato and saute for 2 minutes. Add noodles, salt, red chilli powder and Maggi magic masala and soya sauce and stir thoroughly.
Now add soya sauce and mix well. Switch off the flame
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
