  1. Firstly roast the vermicelli with some ghee.
  2. In a pan heat some oil and ghee and add black gram,mustard seeds,cumin.let them fry for a whileand add green chilli,ginger garlic paste.fry nicely.
  3. Now add onions and fry until they changes their colour.
  4. After that add soya mint and coriander and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add water,salt and garam masala and close with a lid,cook until the veggies are cooked
  6. Now add the roasted vermicelli and cook for anothe 5min on low flame
  7. At last add some ghee.
