The ingredients needed to make Instant Chilli Recipe:
  1. Prepare 200 gms Green chillies
  2. Take 2-3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  3. Take 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp Funnel seeds
  5. Prepare As per taste Asofoetida
  6. Take 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 5-7 Curry leaves

  1. Wash all Chillies and keep for some time to dry water.
  2. Cut Chillies into small pieces or as per your choice. And keep aside
  3. Take a pan, add oil and heat for a minute.
  4. Add mustard seeds and saute till seeds flutters, add crushed garlic cloves fry till brown, add Asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves,and then add fennel seeds. Saute for a minute
  5. Add Chillies, add salt as per taste and give it a mix. Saute on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the juice of 1 lemon or more as per your taste. Give it a mix, Saute for 2-3 more minutes.
  7. Instant green chillies/Pickle is ready
