  3. Add desighee in pan and stir fry dates till colour of dates changa and get little bit soft, then dishout dates in plate to get cool.
  4. In same pan add all nuts and stir fry for a min or 2 now add khoya and mix gradually cook untill khoya get soft and let it cool.
  5. Now fill dates properly with khiya mixture and roll them nicely over finely chopped nuts mixture. And ur quick and healthy khoya khajoor is ready.
