  1. Take sewaiyya
  2. Take milk
  3. Make ready Ghee
  4. Get sugar
  5. Get milkmaid
  6. Make ready sliced almond
  7. Prepare sliced kaju
  8. Get sliced pista
  9. Get dates (deseedad)
  10. Prepare water
Steps to make Sheer khurma:
  1. Take milk and heat it on high flame. Then lower the flame and boil the milk for 10-15 mins
  2. In another vessel heat some ghee and add the sliced dry fruits(almond kaju & pista) and roast till golden in colour. Take them out on a plate
  3. Then add some more ghee and fry dates for 2-3 mins and take them out on a plate
  4. Then add ghee to the same vessel now put the sewaiyya in it and roast till golden brown in colour. Then add water and let the sewaiyya become soft.
  5. Once they are soft add sugar and let it dissolve and then add the boiled milk and mix them and allow them to boil
  6. Then add milkmaid to the milk and cook for 10 mins on low flame. By covering the lid. Serve hot with roasted dry fruits and dates.
