  3. In a bowl add flour,salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix. Add in the liquid mixture in three times. Mix well. Add rest of orange juice. Mix. Add vanilla essence and mix.
  4. Add chopped cashew nuts, almond,1/3 of soaked dry fruits. Mix lightly.
  5. Grease cake tin with butter. Put butter paper. Pour batter into the tin. Tap. Decorate with cashew almond and rest of soaked fruits.
  6. Pre heat oven and bake in 180°© for 45 minutes. After 5 minutes. Take the cake out. After 15 minutes brush soaked fruits juice. Ready to serve.
