Wrap the brownies in parchment paper and place them in a ziplock bag or shallow container. These Keto Brownies are decadent and delicious, fudgey and firm, everything a brownie should be! But the best thing these low carb brownies are is guilt free! You won't want to share them…and you won't have to!

Instructions to make Brownies (Keto):
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, Erythritol, baking powder and instant coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate.
  3. Mix the melted butter/dark chocolate, eggs and vanilla with the dry ingredients.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour to firm up. It will look a bit battery when you remove them from the oven, but it will firm. Very moist and really good.
