  6. Cook until meat is cooked through. Just about five minutes more.
  7. Cut avocado half into cubes.
  8. Add zest to sour cream.
  9. Now assemble. Place lettuce leaves onto plate. Spoon two heaping tablespoons of filling onto lettuce.
  10. Top with some avocado cubes and a dollop of sour cream.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
